H,
Fitted plenty to local GTS's and my own. Fit perfectly.
Remember only the arch is flaired.

OK did so up to date research.

The GTS rear liners are 928 504 303 04 & 304 04 and I sell them for $545 each
The full fender liners for the 90 to 91 GT/S4 are 928 504 303 03 left and 928 504 304 03 are available and cheaper at $399.95 each.
The 87 to 90 rear fender splash shields are front 928 504 303 02 Left = $32 Front right 928 504 304 02 = $32

The rear fender rear splash shield left is 928 504 309 04 (M221) and 928 504 309 03. Both are not available currently from Porsche.
I checked and I have 10 of the 928 504 309 04 in stock at $35 each.
These are what we have been using on the GTS and they fit both the left and right side (just turn it over).

Let me know if you want the splash shields.

Here's an update, on the GTS rear liners. I took a set of brand new GTS liners (they belong to Dan H.) to my neighbor (literally 30 steps away), who does really nice aftermarket urethane bumpers and side skirts. The urethane used on bumpers should be perfect for this application! Flexible, yet very, very tough. He has people that generally make molds for this stuff, but they are all very expensive (6K for two molds). He told me that he would personally build these molds for me, for 3K, but he is too busy making parts, right now, to do this. Maybe next month. He needs a set of new liners to make the molds....they will not survive. So, rough numbers are 4K to build the molds, including the cost of the donor liners. After the molds are made, the cost of making the pieces is about $100.00 each. If we want that stupid water retaining foam put on them, it will be more. I guess some could be done with foam and some without....I would not want it, personally.

We just need to come up with a financial plan that everyone can live with. You guys throw around the math....exactly how many people want this, anyway? If there are ten sets, the cost would be $600.00 per pair. Twenty sets gets the price down to $400.00 per set.

Let's get a head count and see how many people will step up to do this....

Roger...this seems more "up your alley", than mine. I'm just stepping in here, because my neighbor does beautiful work and he's been there for probably 15 years. Plus, I can walk 30 steps to see how things are going.....

BTW....It seems like it will be hard to make this work, for the GTS models. Making it work for the '90/'91 cars is really a "reach"....but you guys can see how many of those are needed.

If a pair of full liners can be made that will fit all S4, GT and GTS cars, I'm sure the numbers would be reached.

Greg-

I'm definitely in for a set. Given that essentially every single '91 and GTS needs these by now, I can't imagine that 20 sets couldn't be sold easily.

I pulled and threw away my cracking GTS pieces It is literally noise foam that is sprayed with sealant. I cannot imagine paying Porsche for this garbage. It weighs more than a pound each side as well. The fenders look pretty actually without them. Greg, I prefer something far thinner than the bumpers, exactly what we have in the S4 and earlier would be perfect.

I would be up for a set for up to $200 (we're talking rear ones). I looked at the splash guards I have spare but they seem oddly not right for the cavernous GTS rear fenders, maybe I'm looking wrong. Sterling, would you consider making paper stencils of yur cardboard and sending them to me please? I'd like to cut some out of thin plastic. I was totally able to shape my splash guards with a heat gun, that may work also. Greg, again for up to 100/piece I am in.

I'm in for a set to fit the GTS rear quarters.

Greg, if I remember correctly the 91 S4/GT liners are different than the GTS no? If that is the case then factoring the cost for GTS only liners should equal $500+ for a set of two. That is a helluva lot less than the $1090 it costs for the NOS replacements that have been sitting on a shelf for at least 14 years and will start to break up within a year after installation.

A near indestructible polyurethane set for $500 is a bargain.

Would it be possible to trim down the GTS liners to fit the S4/GT?

Dan - the current GTS liners work for an S4 also with minor modification - the extra fender flares are pretty irrelevant...

I think a replacement set should be feasible to work on all years.

I did install the (quite rugged by comparison) S4 rear splash shields Roger is talking about - I also backed these (both in-front & behind the wheel) with 3/4" nitrile foam (glued on the rear) and installed the same 3/4" foam across the top of the wheel arch - glued to the arch top. I plan to cover this with PVc protective sheeting - but haven't completed that yet. I also plan more injected foam in the front lower B-Pillar area for better sound deadening...though on my GTS the lower B-pillars were factory sealed already.

I would say my limit is somewhere in the neighborhood of $300-350 per pair. If you can get the price in that range or lower, I'm in.

Of course, I would want the universal S4/GTS pieces to minimize the cost.

What is the difference anyway?
