Just let me know the easiest way to get a hold of you.

Please let me know.

Mike, the next stop for this tool is Canada and then to you.

Let me check and see when he has his repair planned. Maybe it can stop off at your house and you can forward to Canada.

Speed dial. You better hope your wife never grabs your phone and starts calling all those numbers you call frequently (that she doesn't know) and has Mary answer the other end.

Tiger's wife might know golf clubs, but yours knows scalpels.

I would insure the heck out it and not be in a hurry, Canada's postal service is not known far and wide for speed.

That one must have been really whacked to need more than what is in the kit.

I wonder if the failed water pumps are traceable to lots, manufactured dates, or some metric that would allay fears of using metal impellered pumps that have been installed for 3 years with 25k miles?

Also, is there possible means of scavenging and reclaiming circulating aluminum debris?

Greg:

.175". That's nuts!

A little bit more an it would have hit the flywheel.

Jim asked for a .186"...!! That IS pretty close to the flywheel....and I learned my lesson- the next "custom" will probly cost a little more...

Greg / Steve:

You guys deserve an amazing amount of thanks for putting this kit together and taking the time to getting it out to folks !

With regards to charges, once you see this "kit", the $200 is more than fair. The work goes quick and is well documented.

On the point of my special insert needs, please let me know the charge and I will happily pay extra for the insert. I want to make sure there is no question as to the value of this kit / services. The block I am repairing is a special case of bad... something that should have been caught much earlier.

As noted abovce ... Many thanks !

This is what it looks like when you need a 0.186" spacer. Ouch. (not my engine)

For $200, this block can be saved. A bargain in my book.
