Call 928 Motorsports (toll free 877-367-9286) and ask about the delay. It may be a problem that they don't know about yet. Allow them the courtesy to rectify the issue to your staisfaction.

+1, I've bought lots of stuff from them over the past few years. Always quick shipping and quality stuff. When I got my crossovers shipped, they were drop shipped from the manufacturer and someone must have gotten the verbal message wrong, it sat on the porch of some guy up the street from me for two days before I realized what was up.

Give them a call, they'll straighten it out for you.

I've had no problems with their shipping or ordering. Once I actually stopped in and Carl was kind enough to throw in an autographed copy of his book and let me help bleed the brakes in the Pikes Peak car.

Steve,
I wouldn't worry at all. They are very reliable.

I always get a tracking number sent from them as soon as my package is shipped. Did you get one?

If you didn't say it was urgent or you needed it by a specific date, he would have probably shipped by the cheapest means that gives acceptable service. If it's an oversize part coming by freight forwarder it can take a couple of weeks for something to make its way to you.

Whatever is going on Carl will not screw you over -- not a chance. He's running Pike's Peak in about 3 weeks so he may already be out of town. Surely the business would be shorthanded if that were the case, since he takes much of the staff with him. Don't be surprised if your shipment arrives on Monday.

Yep, got a problem with a vendor, take it up with the vendor.

Unless all else fail, and it takes longer than a couple of weeks for that to happen.
