That looks awesome!

Looks like Dwayne has a competitor for the cleanest engine compartment.

How do you clean up all the anodized pieces? Did you get them redone or just replace them?

Thank you Ted.

The umbrella washer on the valve covers, the front fuel pressure damper and the hose between that damper and the right fuel rail are new. Everything else was clean or polish with my Dremel tool.

Most of the parts came out pretty nice but some did not come as nice as I wished.
But I'm quite satisfied with the overhaul look.

Outstanding work, Bertrand!!! The colors you chose for the intake lettering are excellent - I like it a lot! That engine is so clean looking, it brings a tear to my eye!! Well Done!

Thank you all for the nice comments.

Specialy to dwayne.
I may repeat myself, but without you I would never had the confidence to go ahead with that job.
Thank you again for dooing all that for us.

Sean:
It could be that with all the time and effort I put in the job.
I skiped that while putting all together but I'll do something with it.
I think I will paint it black. It's too rought to be polish.

I'm happy to hear you found the post useful - THANKS for the feedback!

Like you, I have found this forum to be THE BEST source of knowledge and experience on 928 maintenance and I would not be enjoying a 928 today (much less, multiple 928s) if it weren't for the people on this forum that have shared their knowledge and time. .....a GREAT community!!

BTW.....I really like the Cobalt Blue - you've got a great lookin' shark there!
