Default New Oil control product

I have a customer who made this for Joseph's race car and wants me to offer them to others. Josephs's car has always had breather issues and despite several attempts to cut down the amount of oil sent to his breathers nothing helped until he added this simple device. Now he has almost nothing in his catch can at the end of a race. The pictures are of the prototype so the production stuff should look nicer. $54

Where's it go?
Oil pickup at the pan?

So this is what them billion dollar whiz kids of Weissach left out of the big complex V8.

Interesting. So most of Joe's oil ejection came from the oil thrown up from the crank rather than aerated oil surrounding the crank???

16V or 32V or same piece is for both engine oil filler to block/adaptor. I have something (metal louvred) from Devek on the 16V.

Will there be any side wall grating on the final product? I would need 2.

Brilliant!! So simple yet so perfect.

If this fits the 16V motor (I cannot imagine why it wouldn't) put me down for two.

Nice idea for an addition - if the product will be welded per the prototype, then welding on some oil screen wouldnt be too expensive during production.

So do you pop the bottom out of the oil filler housing and put this in it place?

How does it seal?
