For those that are still on the "fence" about whether or not to purchase this Laco German-made watch, here's a fine example of one of their world war II Luftwaffe-issued airman's watches that's selling on Ebay right now.

This company definitely has history behind it.

Yes, they do have a lot of history.

And they still make the 55mm as a limited Edition now. $3500

The only thing I see wrong with the mockup is that for marketing purposes, the time should be set to 7:51; i.e., 9 (minutes) to (2) eight (8). :-P

The watch that has been decided upon and ordered is VERY LIMITED and VERY CUSTOM and will be $600...isn't that price correct Chris?

It has custom dial, custom band, sapphire crystal and back, etc. etc.
