Old vs New. All the hard lines and fittings were cleaned and recoated with flame proof ceramic paint

The reason why I think the hose should have one of each type of end is because of what goes onto them. I know for sure that the 2 90degree ends connect to these hard lines. So the other 2 ends should match the same way the 2 90degree ones mate right? HAHAHA I hope i'm not confusing anyone. I wonder why the 82' is different than the others...

Just don't be drinking that Thunderbird wine when you are working on the fuel system (pic on previous page with the order of the parts)

Hopefully you kept the paint off the threads and the sealing cones/other surfaces inside the fittings...

I think you may be confusing yourself. To verify which end is the return line, get some canned air or compressed air and, with the gas cap off, blow it into each of the lines on the body in the engine bay. The one that won't let you blow much air into it is the supply line. Alternatively, listen at the gas cap. When you are blowing into the return line you will hear air rushing into the tank. Or, just put it together the way it is and find the mistake after you've run your battery down a few times trying to start it.

Hahaha yea I masked it off. I even let some of the dirt stay on the threads because it helps seal.

hmmm I don't have canned air currently with me or compressed air tank at this garage.

You could always just trace the lines back visually. I don't think it would hurt anything to plumb them backwards but it would be a PITA and the car wouldn't run.

thanks guys. I just wish I already knew where everything goes by heart. Instead of wasting all this time trying to figure out simple things. Like trying to figure out whether the two fuel lines mentioned above are placed right. I'm still in doubt >.<*! After im completly done I should know where everything goes by heart and if the car runs the way i think it will then i might even have to save another OB =0)
