Hey Bruce, since the first time I saw your sig, been wanting to ask : Are you saying that your 84S is a POS or the (PO) means something else?
Sorry for OT....

Long shift last summer at Polk ER. Drove my 928 because I could park in the ambulance parking next to the ER and wanted to show her to some of the EMT's that had 'vettes . Going home had a GT with some locals at a stop light, tired and let my testosterone get the better...they had me to about 70-80 then I came up from behind and blew the doors off. Picture is with my camera in fourth. Needless to say I didn't up shift but down shifted and slowed down. Went home with a smile even though I know that its stupid to street race like that. (It's chippped so the red line is higher than stock).

I have several kill stories (un-instigated) that involve "Rustangs!" Dusting early to mid 2000's models is no problem. The ones to be careful of are later model GT's which are very quick Off the line, but do fade after about 70mph.

I can tell you that after I lightened Ole' Blue and put "hollow-spokes" on, the car was unbelieveably quicker off the line and through the revs. My G-tech registers 5.4sec 0-60mph! 80-145+ is surprisingly quick too.
Just ask the guy who went up against her with his V-twin - "how fast can a 928's license plate dissapear?"
