Default Holbert Stroker intake spacers have arrived! (INSTALLED)

We will be doing some dyno running in the next few days if I can get these darn things on the intake!
any advice from the wise on installation?

THANKS ROGER at 928sRUS !!! !!! Let's see how they work on the stroker!!

By the way, I like the "o" ring , but what is fit on the other side? the existing o ring from the stock intake manifold cover?

sounds like it should go together quickly. Just worried about moving those fuel rails around.

no tips on installation????

Im going to attack it today if i have any chance of dynoing and using them before next week's Laguna races!

I have been locked away doing taxes this weekend so sorry I did not respond sooner.
Installation is as per Sterlings post.
Should give you some gain at the top end.

I just did this on sharky (again) yesterday to fix a leak on the drivers side (I didn't use enough make a gasket goop).....not too bad....you can get by with leaving the injectors in place and just pulling the top fuel rail.....its a little tricky getting the fuel rail seated properly when your done....but pretty straight forward.....two hour job tops with plenty of time for beers

Yep, Brian's right, about a 2 hour job, even losing one of the fuel rail nuts and a flappy-endectomy. I pushed the flappy throttle-like plate out from the passenger side where the two flat head screws are accesible, and pushed it through to the driver side plennum (big mistake!). The plate screws are accessable only from the passenger side, but the plate doesnt come out that way, only out toward the other side (i.e.driver side) When i put the passenger side spacer on , and attacked the driver side, I open it up to see no flappy plate it fell down into the plennum. Its aluminum. magnet retriever doesnt work. How do you thnk I got it out?? I can barely see it, just as the edge ................................well, the ole' wire hanger trick!

anyway, the front fuel rail mounts cant be used. On the passenger side, they are barely accesible, but on the driver side, the fuel rail mounts, restrict the mounting, so I clipped the pad with the stud off the front driver side. the rear, on both sides works with the 10mm socket with built in swivel

They are installed. No leaks. test drive tells me there is a little power gained. How much, hard to say. I wouldnt be surprised to see 10-15hp.

One other thing to note, pulling the injector rail is dangerous if there is a lot of sand and dirt in the, as anything that is around the injector will fall in the injector hole, so be careful.

Here are the installed pics. Ill try and dyno this week, or early next!

I bet at least 10hp.....probably closer to 15 since the widow made 8 and sharky made 7.....

Mark you can get those front nuts on, although I'm undecided if they are needed. Don't have my camera with me but I took some pictures on how I got them on. Skinny screw driver with the washer/nut on it. Tip it down the space, and use another skinny one to start the nut. Then to tighten it down, just use a longer screw driver from the front and just work it on.

Takes a bit of extra time, but it is doable.

It feeds the air box from the rear 3.5" vent. Extends the HP curve about 400rpm and gives a bit of power too.

Should be going to the dyno at noon time this wednesday.

Im hoping for about 10-15hp. Feels slightly faster, but very hard to tell.

huh-uh... Really? I heard only bad stuff about electric supercharger...

people always mock what they dont understand.

on our cars, the power and air flow is great enough that the eRAM is only a vacuum reliever. (not really even sold that way, but it does work and thats why i use it) . On small displacment cars, it works actually really well . We have seen provable 10hp gains on 200rwhp cars.

Recently, there is some development of DC brushless motors that kick up the power great enough to be used on 5 liter mustangs.
