Roger,

Put me down for one as well since a PSD flush is in my very near future. Just add it to the pending balance of my last order.

Thanks
Mike

Roger if any reservoirs remain and no one else claims them in the next 7 days I'll take another one for future use. Thanks!

Roger can you send the reservoir you had reserved for me to Shane. I will ask home to post here. If its already shipped its no problem, he lives close by and I can hand it to him at the next GTG.

Afshin, thank you very much. I guess as long as we have a spare up here we will be able to take care of each other anyway.

Dave C. and I flushed mine last year, it probably was the first time it had been done in 90k miles. Next time probably check the reservoir!

If you regularly flush the PSD fluids at the same time as the brake fluid (every 24 months), there's no reason to flush PSD more often. Alway use ATE brand, because the viscosity is higher and PSD can hold pressure longer, thus less pump activity between activations.

There's a used PSD pump assembly currently listed on eBay.

Looking in that reservoir at the filter element, it should be commercially available. It would need to be pulled out and inspected. Take it to a filter specialist and they should be able to match it up.

It will likely cross ref to a filter for a machine or tractor hydraulic system, so look far afield. Also, you(or I) can take it to Napa and ask them for the books. Get the filter book and start at the back part where the pics are. I found brake pads for a Matra this way, and a clutch disk for a Lamborghini. The clutch is used in a Massey tractor - go figure, same clutch fits a 1970 Espada......

Oh, Roger, I'll take one of the reservoirs. I guess I'll hunt down the filter element when I see it.

Doc-

Why are you surprised tractor parts fit on a Lamborghini? It's in their DNA

You'ld think that same DNA would cause the early Lambo HVAC to work a lot better too.

I was lucky enough to get my order in with Roger on time.
I bought 2 reservoir's myself.
One for my car in event Dave tells me its needed (would not be surprised if it does).
The second for anyone else who may need one before a suitable alternative is found, though I'll give Dave C. right of first refusal.

It's only a matter of time before our "tech staff" comes up with an alternative

Roger,

Could you post the dimensions of the filter once you remove it?
