I don't quite get what happened in the machining process, did they bore the alusil to the point where it is just a liner and then encase it in the iron cylinder?

Looks like the iron sleeves are for strength only.

Alusil liners, in steel liners?

That engine is a test bed for some crazy chit!

Adjustable cam gears, the hard way, twinscrew, two different monsta turbo setups...

It looks like the exhaust coming out of the wastegate is goint to be tight against the timing belt as well. Nice intake though.

Looks like the wastegate may be planned to link to the turbo exhaust line based on the location & the flange - but agreed where does it go... pass fender & then down under... not a lot of room there - & right at the tire...

The intake seems to have a big 'pressure vessel' not sure why - 'T' is a bit asymetrical to the intake banks it seems. I guess in that location the turbo gets a lot of airflow - but then the heat flows back over the intake - seems like insulating the intake would help too...

He has a 16V supercharger setup too - Looks like a manifold with built-in intercooler?

Oh yes I see it now, it's one of those PWR cylindrical intercoolers. Sweet!

I really like the look of the pump in the valley rather than off the front.
Who does the valley kit.
