Cool. How did you give him measurements?

I sent him a small model & told him I wanted one 40% larger. I measured my intake & made a drawing on a piece of paper with the outside dimensions. I sent it along with the small model. It took 2 months but it was worth the wait.

I am using an english wheel to flare my fenders; quarters and putting a power buldge on the hood. I have a 71 Charger R/T that has IMO the perfect buldge. I can do your hood also if you like but I doubt I will have the time to do the fenders until after the New year. If your in a hurry though; I can't help

No Hurry Chassis. I can ship you stripped parts easily. What kind of shape were you thinking for the fenders and power-bulge?

The guy who did Mark A. fender work could probably make a body out of old beer cans ! The front fenders have long thin Pizza slices two per fender welded in crust end to crust end then ground and pounded close to shape with a far bit of body filler used to blend it.

The inserts were horizontal rather long with a square patch added at the fender lip . The slit in the fender was maybe three feet long just a little below the flat on the top of the fender . It has been a long time since I saw them .....I just see the shiney side

I'm thinking that you just need to slice the car right down the middle, and add a six-inch wide section. It would add a few inches of clearance on each side of the engine, get the suspension and wheels out further, etc. Add a little elbow room in the middle too. Get wider glass front and rear, widen the hood, roof, pan and the rear lid. Two bumper shells grafted into one for each end of the car.
It would be a bit harder to get by in the corners.

Bob I have one at home in the garage that is 4 inches wider. I moved the front fenders out two inches on each side EASY ! ...got a carbon fiber hood and added 4 inches raised the rear about 3 inches (cowl induction) Then put glass GTS rear 1/4 panels but they looked wimpy so I diced and sliced them to add some room. Used a glass "S-4 " front cover just added 4 inches in the middle I need to roll it out of the garage after I get the Maverick off the jack stands.
