I need a seal for the Vortech blower, dimensions are metric, shaft 25 - bore 40 - width 7.
Does anyone know where I could order one online to have it delivered overnight or second day air?
Thanks!

They should be available at a what is usually like a bearing/seal supply place.
"KAMAN DIRECT" - google that. They may have a location near you.
Otherwise, ebay has seals for the vortechs usually.

Thanks guys. I think I've got one coming tomorrow.
As to my car, during my pressure testing of the intake last time I caused the block to be pressurized which pushed oil from the pan up the oil drain hose for the supercharger. That oil overcame the weak seal on the pulley shaft of the supercharger and pushed it out. The seal was in two pieces when I took the supercharger apart, the lip that seals to the shaft was like a separate ring...
I'm guessing it was already weak and I guess I should be thankful it went so easily instead of having my main seal pop out... I had just replaced all the seals on the front of the engine so I guess that's why they held.
As to why the pressure was able to build enough to do this, I had plugged the large breather hose that leaves the oil separator thinking it was responsible for not being able to keep pressure in the intake long enough to pinpoint the leak. So by turning the output regulator up too high and plugging that hose I screwed up.
The good news is, all I need is the new seal and put the blower back in, then I'm back where I was...looking for the cause of the high idle and lean AF ratio at cruise...
Two steps forward, one step back.

I am still working trying to level out my idle and get the car cruising without the roughness. I am currently installing the LC-1 but on my old ARM1 meter it was showing that I was running a little on the lean side. I unplugged my O2 sensor and it seemed to idle and run better so since that was one of the items I didn't replace I replaced it. Anyhow, WOW car ran great (after reseting the LH) I just could not believe it. BUt what I really can't believe is the next day when I took it out it was right back with some ofthe roughness. And seems to be regressing right back where it was before the O2 was replaced. WTF
Now I have tracked down one of my fuel dampers leaking a small amount of fuel into the vacumm system and have one of those on order.
I will let you know if that makes any difference.
Keep us posted
Thanks

I'm starting to wonder if I got my ISV plugged in all the way, I did the R&R of the intake by myself and getting that thing plugged in was a bitch!
Do you think having the ISV unplugged would allow for a solid 1200 rpm idle?

I had the same thing on my fuel regulator, strong smell of gas in the vacuum line when I pulled it off to check so I put a new regulator on, replacing the adjustable after market one with a stock unit...but unfortunately that wasn't my problem..or my only problem anyway.

If you will remember back sometime ago I posted where the new MAF cured my high idle problem. I had detected a leak thru the plastic cover on my MAF where I had cracked or pushed it too hard against that hard fuel connector right behind it when I install the SC elbow. Talking about a bitch to get on with the correct rotation!
