Post Newbie take 2

Hey guys & girls !

About 6months ago I posted about my soon to arrive 89 GT Track car project. Well, things did`nt work out that way, so I got a cheaper 91 S4 instead.

I`ve been working on it for about 2 weeks now, and this is where I stand :

This is how it looked when I first got it on my lawn

It sure looks like it`s going to stay on the lawn for a while

Ketil,
Its looking good! If you are not using your front tag bracket and plate I would be interested in buying it. Always wanted to put a German tag on front.

Hi Ketil,

Looks like a fun project.

I had thought that Porsche went to using stickers on the calipers with the Company name by '91, but I could be mistaken. Do you put in the clutch and brake pedal yourself, or did they come with the car?

Hey atb !
You are ABSOLUTELY right The caliper on the left side has sticker logo, but with much smaller pistons, so I`m going to switch that one out with the same type that you see in the picture. That one has 44/36mm pistons. I dont know how that came about

The clutch and brake pedal came with the car, why ?
