Speaking of ferraris I drove a 360 F1 today, my friend's dad has a exotic car dealership here in McAllen, I drove it from one side of the lot to the other....It was amazing I'll post pics once I get them out of my phone

The bumper product is likely "Lord Fusor 142" . You need the special gun (about $50) to squirt it - it dries so fast you can't believe it. Get extra nozzels if you have a few repairs to do. It works very, very well. I fixed a bad bumper crack in a high stress position and it has held up well - through installation, one year, and a very hard winter. The bumper was (I think) the same as ours - Urethane. This material was used by the Germans in the olden times. It was proven and expensive. It has been replaced in modern times by Olefins and other odd plastics that may or may not be harder to fix and require specialized repair compounds. The Lord 142 seems somewhat universal and I'm relatively sure, but not positive, that it will work on a 928. The bumpers I did were XR4Ti's and the urethane was German and the cars were built by Karman. You must super clean the urethane. Don't over use 'prep-sol' as this MAY raise the silicones, start with super hot water and detergent - a VERY fast wipe with pre-clean - THEN grind, then repeat, use their cleaner, use their reinforcement tape, work fast. Use Lord finishing filler if needed. The '142' feathers great, but you may need the filler as it is easier to use if a few spots are a bit low or have pits. The filler dries just as fast so be ready when you mix. The filler is very sensitive to proportions, so mix carefully. While there is controversy, I use flex agent in the paint on urethane. My paint with flex (PPG) has held up better than the stock Karman paint on my urethane parts after 10 years parked outside with flex agent, so I think it's OK in a real world test. This was single-stage-to-color as our solid color 928's were done in the earlier years. It does fade and requires maintenance if you leave it in the sun for years. The repair you have there isn't for novices unless you are a fast learner. The bond area is small and high stress.

There is a shop out here which I think are the best in my area they're pricey, but they just did some work on a '67 Mustang Fastback and a Diablo VT roadster. I was quoted for total body work, sand down and respray. I don't really think I can fix the bumper on my own I'd rather not risk it I just wanted to know if it was indeed fixable.

Here is a little updated on this I've decided to steer away from my original vision of the car. I have been having many second thoughts about respraying it since its the original paint, but its just too gone to save the clear is peeling and there are dents everywhere. I'm going to have it resprayed in the original Indian red color and I'm going to redo the interior in leather everything I can think off. I want to stay with 16" Wheels I'm either going to go with CS Wheels or D90 Wheels not sure yet I'm staying with S4 Brakes gonna have my caliper powder coated black and user cross drilled rotors. It won't be original anymore , but I don't plan to sell this so I've decided to fix it so it makes me happy

Uh, young man, we're not exactly in a position to be criticizing the economic woes of other countries these days.

Putting GTS brakes on an S4 is pointless unless you are planning on a TON of track time! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY IMHO!
I have S4 brakes on my S4 and that car has more than 10,000 track miles and I have NEVER, EVER had a brake issue w/ that car. Put a 911 Turbo rear brake bias bar in and you will get more balanced braking and actually put your rear brakes to use for a change.
Oh, my race car??? S4 brakes! Spend your hard earned money on EVERYTHING else before you bother w/ GTS brakes.

On the braking issue...unless you are tracking an S4 A LOT, or actually racing it... pointless to put bigger brakes on! Look at Kibort...how many seasons has he run regular S4 brakes on his car??? 7?!
So, yea, go ahead and waste your money on bigger brakes. Now if you are putting out 500HP with a modded 951 then you may need bigger brakes on track, but not on a stock S4...
On the street you need the brakes to be able to hold the car at threshold braking for ONE PANIC stop at a time (or one would certainly HOPE you are not panic stopping many times in a row) and if the brakes are good enough for that then the next part of the equation is tires. If you still need to stop more quickly...stickier tires, NOT BIGGER BRAKES!
The only benefit to bigger brakes is better heat dissipation which is needed in a repeat braking exercise at a track or if you are just an idiot on the street...
