Nope, he's a guy ive spend a few hours talking with over the past few days, so this has been in the works for a bit. Buyer has purchased before from a well known 928 seller in the past and I have no reservations about ebay bidding or buying history.

many eBay'ers would have put some kind of restriction on low feedback numbers (as Sterling has alluded to), but if you are not active on eBay (at least in the last few months or years) your feedback numbers and percentages go down quick.....
