I would like to find a way to log 12v on the computers to see if I am losing or dropping power. Innovate has the software for free and I have the logs and have been getting help from z. But if the Maf comes back and the skip is still there I'm running out of options. You could loan me your 30k data device

Kevin, your statement above is physically impossible for a number of reasons. The only thing that could bow the screen is pressure drop across it. If something was sucked into the intake and was trapped on the screen it would cause a lot of pressure drop and could push out the screen. If the top screen was still in place and the bottom one blew out then I would suspect that the screen was not installed properly.
Mark, I assume the screen is from the downstream side of the MAF? If so, it would not affect anything as long as it was not interfering with the throttle plate. If it was from the up
stream side I figure you would have found it when you removed the MAF. I'm surprised you didn't see it missing when you took the MAF out and sent it off for rebuild.

I am not familiar with the Innovate software, but you should be able to calibrate the corresponding LM-1 channel in Engineering units to the corresponding input voltages. So, if you have say, 12v pwr at the EZF/LH pins the voltage divider will apply 4v to the LM-1 input, with the LM-1 calibrated it should display 3v for every 1v at the input.
If i could loan you one of our units i would, but we are in a perpetual state of not having enough data equipement.

I sent off the Maf Monday to Injection labs and Keven has E-mail and call three times since then. I asked him to expedite the repair if possible and he received it Today at 10:00 A.M. He called me this afternoon and said he would get it out tomorrow. I asked him to let me know how bad it was and if it was the cause of my problems. Explaining that I would have time to go through other possibility's such as wiring ahead of time. I have plans of going out of town this weekend and wanted to do a preemptive strike. I am very impressed with his customer contact and he explained what he found. I am not sure what he meant but he said a normal Maf has some type of 40 rating when good and mine was at 140. He said this would do all kind of strange things. Keeping my finger crossed and hope this clears things up.
He had tried in the past to get on as a seller on Reenlist but mentioned he did not get the response he expected. I believe now he will try again, we can always use one more vendor, by the way its cost $175.00 with lifetime warranty.

The whole part that the wire harness connects on the MAF, he connected it the wrong way. So the arrow points to the wrong flow path. I can take a pic tomorrow if you want.

I am not sure that it makes much of a difference. My car had the MAF in upside down when i bought it and it was running fine. I didn't notice a difference when i corrected it either.

Received my Maf today and found that the voltage that should be at 40 was more like 160. Kevin found that my driver circuit transistors were shot causing thermal runaway.
I still have a issue that started last week:
After a short drive the car will stall when getting off of the gas.

No, Maf made the car start fine and idle good, I took it for a 5-Min drive so I need to check it out a little more tomorrow.
Could be a vacuum leak causing the stalling!

Car started this morning would not idle until about 45 sec, than ran OK.
It still stalls when getting off gas.
Has a hard time seeking an idle on start up.
I can hear the idle switch clicking.
