Anyone have a two-tone interior?
I plan to finally patch the small tear in my driver bolster and am thinking about changing the seat color with a leather dye as well.
Anyone sporting a two-tone color combination on their seats? Black with dark red inserts is what I'm considering - a change from the original champagne.

yep, mine is tan insert with dark brown (all new leather).
door panels are tan leather with dark brown carpet lowers.
rear quarters are yet to be done, as I"m in the middle of a paint removal project, but my plan for the quarters is two tone as well--tan upper and dark brown lower.
the picture does no justice to the color. it was taken in very bright south Texas sunshine, and I'm no good with my digital camera settings.

and this is what it looks like now, with nearly everything removed for the paint job........(truly horrible). all the new stuff is removed, including the carpet (not all of it in this photo), one old seat reinstalled just to move the car around.....what a mess.
it will be like this for about 6 months----

Mike, is your entire car champagne right now or only the seats?
Mine has a partial two tone interior from the factory. Seats are all one color but the dash, doors and other trim have some navy blue.

If your having the seats redone....its not hard to change colors for the center section.....take a look at Paul Champagnes website....lots of ideas on there!!

Wow - they all look great. My leather is in pretty good shape except for the driver bulster wear area.
Afshin - my interior is similar to yours, except I have black carpet with champagne seats and door inserts.
Sterling - your interior looks great with that paint!
Thanks for the ideas. I'm leaning toward black or bringing the champagne back to original color - not liking how it's aged.

black and dark brown. pics on sharkpage in sig need updating w/newer additions (brn leather shifter boot), black visors, new black club sport wheel) but you get the idea.
I think the black beige/tan combos look sharp.. ie Icemans int. is awesome, imo..

Mike--
I am a fan of two tone seats, as you can see from my pics above......
if you were to change anything in your interior, I might recommend that you change the front seats to black with champagne seating areas. your rear seats could remain champagne, with the rest of the interior black.
this would make the seating areas really stand out, as opposed to the front seats currently looking as if they were installed as an after thought (from another car)----
good luck--

Sorry to bring up an old post, but does anyone else have good pics of two tone interiors. My exterior paint is Grand Prix White with Marin Blue interior. I never like blue interiors even though mine is almost black. I was thinking dying the top of the trim in black and the carpet/seats in another color. Maybe gray or tan. I wanted to get more pictures the show two tone in various colors and the actual factory name of the color for matching purposes.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I think black with classic grey might be nice with white exterior paint. Not too crazy like a green/purple combo! I may just keep the marine blue top and just get classic grey color seats and carpets.
