Default Got my first 928

I'm the new proud owner of a really well kept 1981 928. Inside and outside are near perfect, it runs great, and I'm fixing a few gremlins under the hood (tonight was the dreaded green wire). In the last few weeks it also has had it's timing belt service, stereo, and tires. The PO pretty much just stored it for 20 years!

I've already used much info from this site, so I figured it was time to join!

Thanks for all of the tips.

Chris

Default 81....

Nice car, I was going to ask what you paid, then I realized, who cares, it's yours and like it...

I like the early 80's models as well.

Nice grab. Is it a 5 speed? Looks good with no rub strips and phone dials. Classic.

Hey, now you can get rid of that POS 65 'stang in the background. I'll come over and tow it away for you, no charge. You're welcome.

Excellent! Now, order the cap for the windshield washer bottle. Of course when you put that beautiful new white cap on that old yellow bottle, you may not like it. A used cap would be better.

The car looks great. That looks like some dark (illegal) tint on the driver door window.

Enjoy!
