Can you elablorate on where the oil supply for the turbo is installed on the engine end? I assume is is taken from where the oil return/supply lines to the oil cooler are bolted to the engine.
At what point in the vacume system is the Blow off Valve routed to?

The BOV is mounted near the intake to allow for the fastest reaction to the throttle plate slamming shut on deceleration off WOT.

Not much, There is a nominal amount of oil in the line (1/4" line) to the turbo (volume) and a similiar amount going back to the front....3.14 X R squared X volume/oil/ cubic foot X length (9') X 2......
about a half cup...maybe a little more
The return pump is a low volume 5psi gravity fed push pump that helps flow back to the block.

Just got back from the shop. Chucks car was updated with 30lb injectors and a new wide band O2 sensor. Thurston put it in and JT and Chuck are in the process of sharktuning it. Plans are to do more Sharktuning tomorrow am and then head down to Olympia for a few dyno runs. For those interested, I'll be at the shop in the morning and then later in the day after the dyno working on my track car..

On closer inspection I noticed the RMT setup, but it's not as obvious as the pics make it out to be, and as mentioned clearance didn't look to be an issue to me at all.
The only issue I was wondering about was soaking the air filter with rain water and street crud getting kicked up on it as its out back underneath the car.
I think Tom had a waterproof cover on the filter?
In any case, I asked him about it and from what I recall he said it was no problem at all. In the almost always wet PacNW I guess that pretty much puts that concern to bed.
I like the RMT setup and might look into it someday - if I can ever find time to work on my S4 and get it back to well running stock condition!

I saw Tom's setup when I first met the local PacNW crew at Tom's house. I didn't know he had a RMT setup on his GT and didn't even notice it was on there as I gave it the envious once over.
On closer inspection I noticed the RMT setup, but it's not as obvious as the pics make it out to be, and as mentioned clearance didn't look to be an issue to me at all.
The only issue I was wondering about was soaking the air filter with rain water and street crud getting kicked up on it as its out back underneath the car.
I think Tom had a waterproof cover on the filter?

Water getting in that way wouldn't be a big deal (at least I hope not!). Over that distance and at the likely temperatures, it would turn into steam, which would actually lower the charge air temperature and make the car faster. Dirt would be the main concern, but I would think the aerodynamics, coming both over the tail and from under the car, should keep both water and dirt from entering the system while in motion. Grandkids... that's another story.

An update from the Dyno runs on Chucks 1988 S4....Tom has some pic's and video he will add to the thread, maybe some sound.
This is a basic set-up with the waist gate spring controlling the boost level to 5lbs, 30# injectors and fuel pressure regulator for testing at 58lbs.
With Thurstons help, we installed a WB O2 sensor on the car last night so that we could use our Shark Tuner to data log and adjust fuel mapping for AFR.
The RMT behaved perfectly in this stage one set-up (with 30# injectors).
We ran a somewhat disappointing 354.6 HP at 5#'s boost, but showed an extreme "lean" AFR (15.5-16.2) and shut down the dyno run....we just need to resolve the fueling issue to make our goal of 400+ at this boost level.
The car has been having "hot start" issues for some time, and Chuck has been trouble shooting it through.....With the use of the Sharktuner, we have identified a throttle position sensor issue (replaced recently, but apparently out of position).
What happens is that while cruising down the road at 65mph, the sensor mode on the ST, shows it is in WOT (position 3). Upon full acceleration, the sensor switches to "Cruise" (position switch 2) and continues to try to "adjust" throughout the run. At idle, the indicator remains in position 3 (WOT).
We have the car back at the shop to address the TPS and will be back at the dyno hopefully in the next week...

Iv been interested in the remote style turbo, Iv played with a design that "looks" like the exhaust tips from the Porsche Carrera GT, they would be were the Bumperets are on our cars, one intake (passanger side) and one exhaust (drivers side) split by the plate.
I think this would work Great by running the piping over to were the old exhaust box was and then foward. Now it would be easier to have the exhaust on the passangers side but that would put the "hot" right up against the fuel tank . The amount of room back thier is very helpfull and running the intake and exhaust paralel to the front is helpfull too, but heat exchange would have to be addresed. (heat wrap the intake ?)
I jerry riged this up to see how it would look on mine befor putting on the bumperets and it LOOKED GREAT!. Im betting that it would make a unique sound ..... maWWWWWWWWWWWOOMMMMMMMMMSSSSSSHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaa.
