I ordered the upgraded pan gasket and stud set from Roger Tyson. The items arrived within forty-eight hours, and were dispatched before Roger could possibly have received my money.
I want to acknowledge his great service and willingness to trust another Rennlister.
It's good to know such people are still out there.

Roger understands the meaning of customer service and his honesty and insight make it a pleasure buying from him. His prices are reasonable and he's on top of his game IMHO.

guys although i am new here the first thing i ordered for my 928 was a set of plugs and plug wires. i ordered them at 8 oclock at NITE and i had them in my hands within 48 hours. roger is an ace in my book.

Roger is not perfect. Occasionally you will have to make two or three calls to get an invoice, after your parts have arrived.

LOL +1, you forgot to mention the threatening emails " I've rung you three times and emailed you 4 times it's now 2 weeks since my parts arrived and you still haven't sent the invoice you promised me"

Yep. I sent him an email asking about how to order a set of Beru's from him. I had to re-read his reply regarding payment after the item ships. That's a refreshing and uncommon way to do business, as it relies on the honesty of the customer. How long can it last?
to Roger, and here's to hoping that his unique way of doing business and his trust in his customers pays off, and he never gets a customer that he has to chase down, or a dead-beat who sticks him with the tab. That will likely make him have to adjust the level of trust that he's been granting all of us.
Roger's clearly an asset to the 928 community, and another reason that 928 ownership and maintenance can be a pleasant & rewarding experience.
