+100! I spoke W/ Roger for the first time thursday wanting to order his fuel hose replacement kit and a few other things. He was the nicest person I have ever spoken W/ and his passion for 928s is fantastic. I too got a shipping conformation and am still waiting for the invoice I was panicking thinking I some how deleted his invoice and was about to call him to have him please send out another one. What a great guy, He has a customer for life. Thank you Roger.

 

Just got gasket and wiper relay. The only thing is his web site does not show inventory.

 

Man, you out of town guys have it easy, I've been waiting on oil filters for 3 weeks. I suppose I need to call him and place an order instead of showing up a couple of times to his house.

 

At this point, pick ONE:

1. GREAT customer service, fast access to parts.
2. Inventory on website.

If he can put up with me and my manic car rebuilding and last minute panic requests you guy's have it made. Look up customer service in the dictionary and there sits his picture. But I do worry about his accounts receivable

We have a local 928 parts guy here in DFW named Roger?

Wonder if he also does TBWPs or trouble shooting when you don't have time to do it? Does he keep spare parts in the back of his car so if you're eating a Bagel at Einsteins you could grab an air or oil filter and just tell him to put it on your account?
