There are plenty if you wanted to switch to a dual disk clutch.

Dual disk flywheel, but with the 60-2 timing ring needed for an S4.
Then just get a dual disk clutch kit and intermediate plate.
Simple!

So I assumed the reverse would be true. I thought it had something to do with the clutch fork.

Is twin and single disk clutch fork upper position in same place or not will determine if old style upper bellhousing is needed or not. I would vote they are different but not 100% sure about his. In any case they should be easy to find. Automatic upper housing will work fine. Just need to add ball into it.

I don't think it is likely that needing to change the upper bell housing would have been overlooked by those who I heard from about this .... It is a major project to change.

The S-4 bellhousing is larger so plenty of room for the smaller dual disc assembly BUT trying to fit the LARGER S-4 clutch flywheel assembly in to the SMALLER early bell housing does not work .

Thank you for the clarification, I was suspecting it was something that the S4 clutch setup needed.

So thats why when i went to the older lower bell housing, the starter gear was rubbing slightly. (we had to grind a little area of the lower bellhosing down, kind of like cutting a notch in it) . however, I did keep the upper bellhousing in place. (stock S4) we went to the older bell housing to fit the starter with out the heavy mounting bracket. Plus, its very convenient set up with the starter just mounted directly to the older lower bell housing.

I was planning on removing that heavy bracket for the starter, but since then I have double-taken on the fact that it is an additional block support keeping the two halves together. Now I am not so sure I will want to sacrifice this strength at higher-than-stock HP for a few pounds savings.

anderson doesnt use it either. we also then use the small lightweight starter too.
