So until the car heats up I won't know will stay close to home.
I hooked into the connector on the inside pass. fender wall (12 pin?) I just tested eacj pin until I found one that was 12v switched and spliced into the wire. TMy fan controller just uses that to sense when the ignition is turned on/off so there is minimal current draw. I pulled the main power from the constant on charger post.

I'm hoping you used the belt I sent in the kit because that is the right belt.

Like it says in the instructions, the belt on the alt runs on the 4 outer ribs like the picture below. BTW, the belt in the picture has 12k+ miles on it.

He has lots of pics. Most of what Tampa took pictures of was to help me with tweaking fittment issues with some of the plumbing. I goofed in a couple places so Tampa is going to get it working the way it is. I am going to make up complete new plumbing from the sc to the maf and send it to him later. It was just minor things, like the hood won't close kind of stuff

Oh, some of those look familiar. I gather you resolved the MAF tiedown. Good thing you rerouted that one oil line out from in between the PS belt too! Ah, you're almost there. Good work!

The reward is well worth the effort!

Tim, what was the diameter on the lower pulley again?

Default Bypass Sensor on air Box

I need to bypass the air box sensor, should I install a fixed resister for now till it's sharked tuned and if so what ohms' 2.2 K is that correct?
I tried to remove the sensor from the air box but a little more convincing and it would beak the plastic housing I am sure.

Yes. 2.2 kohms would be fine. Just remember that you won't then get the 3 deg safety retard if your inlet airtemp rises above abt 50 deg C. That is quite easy to achieve when sitting at idle even at nomral ambient temps.

If you can manage to refit the sensor, you would ideally put is before the s/c so as not to include its added rise in air temp to the sensor reading.

The SharkTuner can increase the retard at higher airtemps by up to 9 deg retard if required for an extra safety margin.
