Default Cheap 996 Turbo wheels at Discount $51

Don't know if you guys saw the thread for this on the 944 board but discount has replica Porsche wheels for $51 each. They are 18x10 ET65. I just ordered a set of two for my 87 S4 and plan on buying the 18x8's on ebay.

Anyone know what tires I should be running for a 87 928 S4? From what I gather in the searches I will need 255 or 265/35/18's for the rear for them not to rub and 245/40/18's in the front?

I have 265/40-18's on a lowered 79 (rim is almost tucked into the fender) with no issues with an et57.
These tires have a very wide rim protector so they are as wide as a 285 as far as fender clearance goes.

I bed you could run a 275 with no issues but a 265 should work just fine.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say heavy

The factory 997 wheels of the same size are not that light either.

Thanks, what would you recommend for the front. I know its a 10" front but will a 245 be wide enough for the front?

It will be interesting to see how these work on a street car, 10's on the front.

Just called them back since I never received my order confirmation e-mail. They are down to under 20 with a few orders pending (that will come out of that total).
