The intercooler core is 3" thick x 6" wide and 15" long. Intake air temp, measured in the intake plenum, only gained about 7 degrees at 11 psi boost. That is about as efficient as you could hope for.

I did not know the intercooler came from your shop or I would not have asked to see more pictures and dimensions. I thought it was a one-of home-built solution with the information I was given.
