The CO adjustment doesn't have to be done at the MAF. Just run LH pin 14 through a multi-turn 1K ohm pot to ground. The adjustment doesn't affect the MAF output directly. Non-cat S4s have a factory 20-turn pot near the ECU for this, because you can't reach the MAF.

A extra shielded wire, like the crank trigger wire, for a knock sensor would be nice, BTW.

Last night i Completed fabrication of the harness and did a test fit of the section of harness on the engine side. Everything fit well except the #7 injector connector which i had to change from a "T" to a "Y" fitting at the breakout. There was some interference between the intake runner and the T fitting on #7.

I am almost ready to take pictures of the installation but first i would like to make a plywood layout board for the harness so measuring wires for additional harnesses will go quickly.

Someone mentioned installing fuses for the left and right injector banks, O2 sensor, and Idle Regulator, ETC., as you can see from the pictures i have indeed done that.

Looks great Ben!! Will this allow you to connect a wide band O2 sensor ? or could you make a adjustment for that? I'm not sure how that works.
Regards
Matt

The O2 loop is configured for the 3 wire narrow band sensor as equipped from the factory. Which wideband sensor and controller are you planning to use?

That is probably a question that the SC guys would be in a better position to answer, but with respect to modifying the harness it should be pretty straight forward .

If not mistaken, i think alot of the SC guys are using the Innovate LM-1 logger and bosch wideband sensors.

I started installing the harness today. The first pictures show how the passenger side fule rail is loosened to allow the harness to pass under/between the damper and the rail.
