HVAC blower squeling

I finally pulled the blower motor again. I disassembled it to learn the noise is not coming from a bad or dry bearing - there are no bearings. Both ends of the rotor use bushings and they are hardened. I relubed them and assembled. The motor now sounds fine but only time will tell.
I also made a hole in the top through the plastic so that I can add oil to the top bushing if needed.

More detail on this please? Did you just remove all the nuts holding the recirculation flap housing on the underside (including the metal strip), then just pulled down on it until it unglued itself? Aren't there some bolts that have to be undone from above?
