Looks great Oscar. Any chance of getting a distance shot so we can see the glossy wing with the rest of the car?

Superior Restoration Products in Sacramento CA, sells a silicon wash I use on the pods. Works great. For a primer look to SEM for a flexible plastic primer. I use it on the pods and bumpers. High build and easy to lay down with little or no reactions. Easy sanding and can be built up to fill most minor imprefections.

Some of the pods I get are really soaked in silicon. One wash and the surface is ready to prime. Otherwise you can be chasing fish eyes forever.

Thanks Adam,

I'll get a distance shot this week. I actually shot the whole roof and rear hatch area. The clear coat was shot. Is yours painted?

Not yet.

I'm curious to see the overall effect of the body colored wing on a black car. I kind of think the look textured black wing was to offset the look of the plastic stock front spoiler. I'm going to have the AIR front air dam which will be painted gloss black, so I think the textured rear wing will look a little strange without anything on the front of the car to offset it texturally, especially with Louie's wide fenders back there.

Bingo - that's my hesitation as well. Although nobody seems to think twice about this on the GTS, and they do look good.
