Hey willstegs, my first car was a 1968 Cougar XR7! Total classic! Had a blast with that car. Puke metallic green w/ a black vinyl top. I think I was 16 at the time too. OK, a different time. Good times!

34 on my second P-car. I passed on the 928 for my first one figuring the 944 Turbo would be cheaper to maintain <img src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" border="0" alt="[hiha]" />

After making it brutally fast and blowing it up a couple of times I have changed gears. The 928 is much more my speed now. I absolutely love the GT, the right now power, the sounds, the comfort, the rock solid structure. These are awesome cars

I'm 32, nearly 33 !

I've owned 43 cars - seven Porsches, a lot of Audis and a few other more 'wayward' things !

43 cars.. my head spins at that number you must buy
a new one every month or you got more money than
Oprah! If I bought that many here I'd be paying more in taxes than most people pay in a life time (we have sales tax on cars here even on cars bought from individuals not just from dealers! That would be 43 times I'd have to pay the taxwomen/man)

Where is the tallymiester? What age are we averaging
now? <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" /> <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" /> <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" /> <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" /> <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" /> <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" /> <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" /> <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" />

Hey, no fair!

Tally 'em as they come in.

Sounds like you have prior experience counting votes for the State of Florida <img src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" border="0" alt="[hiha]" /> .

Cool

-You be nice now Randy, let's forget about "hanging chads"-

GAWD...43 Cars! Let me COUNT my VEHICLES, in order of purchase:

1977 Rabbit (bought 1984)
1985 Scirocco [Legend Turbo] (bought 1986)
1959 Ski Breeze 18 ft sailboat (bought 1992)
1969 CB-750 K0 [sand cast!] (bought 1992)
1976 CB-750 K6 (bought 1994)
1992 Corrado SLC (bought 1994)
1980 Fiat Spyder (bought 1995)
1982 Nissan Maxima (bought 1997)
1980 Jetta (bought 1998)
1985 Porsche 928S2 (bought 1999)
1966 Ford F100 (bought 2000)

So that makes 11 vehicles...And there I was thinking I was a "vehicle *****"!

Normy!
'85 S2 5 Speed

Well, then again, my old [though still occasionally used!] surfboard is hung on the wall of my living room for decoration, I have model airplanes hanging all over the house, I run every day for exercise...and you know I drive heavy jets for a living~ gawd I am a *****!

I just turned 24. I got into Porsche about 2 years ago, and I will never go back to anything else. I will always have a 928.

Now that you have an average how about calculating the median? Bet it's a little higher (hoping anyway 8^)

Ok with Greg we hit 40.21.

That gives us - 42 928 owners below ave.
- 6 928 owners at ave.
- 31 928 owners above ave.
The average age of us below 40 is 31.47.
And the average age of those above 40 is 49.09.
Below average owners win!

Hey, wait a minute!

I count twice (at 60) - once for the '86, once for the GT!
