Lower Front "Valence" , S4
#18
For the older cars, I remember an owner fitting that front piece on his pre-S4 car. If you guys remember, he called his car the "predator". From his description, it took quite a bit of adjustment to get it right.
That AIR kit was also used on the 928 GTE. E=Executive. I remember seeing a scan of the letter of authenticity identifying that car as a GTE model. I don't remember which came first...the ground effects kit or the custom conversion.

Would a chin extension that bolts on over the stock S4 spoiler work?
Say, something in polyurethane/lexan.
This gives the smooth S4 nose a little aggression.
Possible to make a mold from DR's 3 piece ex-AIR spoiler.
Just a thought.
Them S4 spoilers aren't cheap.

I kind of like the one Sab has.
The other one - you could not pay me enough to put this on my car. But that's just me...
Roger: Those are interesting mirrors - what are they, and do they work with the memory?

I just do not like the black color of the stock spoiler.
Having this color-matched to the car makes the whole front end look more sleek, and more integrated with the body.
I'm sure there are the same concerns with scraping it, but you just have to be careful with dips, speed bumps, etc...
