I agree with Mark and Contestine - Nothing worse than having a situation where you need to open the hood in a hurry - you reach down to pull the release lever and it breaks - hood pins went on the next day... then again - my car will never be entered in a concours and it will always remain a track car....
I'll have to admit - the two things I did to my car that made me cringe - drilling through the hood for the hood pins and drilling through the roof for the radio antenna... There's a specific ritual that you have to follow though - measure - mark the holes - measure again - layout the parts - walk around the car - view it from all angles - measure it again - verify the drill bit size - walk around the car again - view the car from every possible angle - measure again - find innocent bystanders and ask their opinion.... measure again... plug in the drill - take a deep breath.... an experience comparable to removing the first piece of the interior - the point of no return..

I think a nice set would not only be functional, but looks very "purposeful"-in other words- Bad ***. While you're @ it have you thought about a round, SS , race style Fuel door? I think those look sharp on a streeter as well. Anyone installed one or has pics?

it probably took longer to change out the cams than drill those holes in a perfectly good Holbert hood!!
