A few quick observations:
1 - I know Scott - he is a stand-up guy. Had soccer just approached him in a REASONABLE manner ("payal dispuit will be filed...") he would have been MORE then happy to provide them...

i did contact him, had he been more prompt in his email this thread may have been averted

2 - Not even going on a Porsche...(speaks for itself)

speaks for what exactly

3 - Clear coat coming off...LOOK AT THE DAMNED PICS YOU POSTED!!!

okay

4 - You've had offers now for about enough center caps to go on ALL of Scott's cars...

i have PMed everyone i am waiting on responses....along with scott's offer of donating 25 to the humane society

5 - CAVEAT EMPTOR....NEVER assume anyting is included unless it specifically states so! (I, too, have bought NUMEROUS sets of wheels. I am always pleasantly surprised by tose FEQW instances where they are included...

I'm not as questioning of everyone as you feel you have to be, must suck to lead life always worrying about what your not getting or who's out to get you

6 - Look at the pics again - those caps don't even go to those wheels...chrome/shiny caps...anodized wheels...

As far as finish goes, you are correct, different finish, but do you really think i'm going to run the wheels in the shape they are in? No, i was going to clean the wheels as well as the centercaps

7 - "i guess you porsche people do things differently then the rest of the world". Thank goodness for that!

wasnt a compliment

8 - You were asked several times to post a link to the original ebay listing...you have failed to do so...Until you do, all we have is a "he said/she said"...I'll side with Scott (a Rennlist MEMBER and friend, whom I believe) until you give us more to go on that an abbreviated version of your side of the story.

if you read what i wrote in my previsou reply i made a misunderstanding as scott sent me an email through ebay with the link and it looked as if he was the seller

Scott is very busy. he helps people EVERY day.

Not going on a Porsche - why the pissing contest over PORSCHE BRAND center caps

No - it SUCKS to have to read bull**** like your posts....

The pic CLEARLY shows poor clearcoat...you can't CLEAN that

7 - "i guess you porsche people do things differently then the rest of the world". Thank goodness for that!

Didn't take it as such. I just considered the source.

We are looking for the eBay ad where you bought the wheels! How are we to know how it was advertized????

You are in the wrong place to start a pissing contest. Go try it on a V-dub forum. I am sure they will be much more sympathetic to you.
