The key is that all men are "created" equal.

Not that they "are" equal.

Dangle bits just posted after all was said and I figured I would read this one based on the content of this thread.

This thing went on for 3 pages and then Dangle bits gets on with some off the wall post about math and science.... or social studies.... or home economics...HELL, I don't know..

I just find it absurd that he is oblivious to what is going on in this thread and actually thinks that in some twisted way, he has made a notable contribution to it.

It's almost as if he is not even involved in the conversation, but is involved in some conversation going on in his head and posts to THAT conversation.

I am beginning to think he may actually be for real and that he has a "condition". You know, you see these guys talking to themselves on the street...listening to the "voices". In which case, I think I kinda feel bad now.

I think I have to go regroup for a bit...

Not to press a point, but the Declaration was not saying that god create all men equal. given the times, and the feelings toward the British, the statement about equality was a slap at the Royals. In fact, in a left handed way, the framers were having a bit of heresy in the way they scripted it. The point was, that no person was 'divinly endowed' in any greater way than another. We weren't having any royal family, although in the past few years, that concept seems to have gotten lost.
