Default FS- 85-86 US Performance chips (the eBay ones)

I bought a set of performance chips for my '85 two weeks ago. When I went to put them in, lo and behold, already had a set of Autothority chips in there. BONUS!

Anyway, the guy I got them from ($49.95 BUY IT NOW guy on eBay) won't give me a full refund, so I wanted to know if anyone was interested on here.

I'll discount them to $45 for rennlist members plus actual shipping rather than the $49.95 plus $6 shipping you could get them on eBay for. If no members chime in, I'll make them available to non-members for the same price.

I'd also be willing to trade for a set of 4 new brake pad wear sensors for my car if somebody's got them laying around.

Ben,

Got your PM.

These are for '85-'86. I don't think they'll work with an '86.5. Are you sure you want them?

PM sent

They should. The 32V engine is the same from 85-86.5. The suspension and brakes changed with 86.5, but the engine didn't change until 87.

Didn't want to send him anything he couldn't use. Thanks Matt and Imre.

Did you ever consider that the ebay chips might have been better than the Autothorities? Since you had 'em, might have been interesting to do a comparo.

ther eis a really good chance that the clones are Autohority and if they are, there will be no difference. Even if there is, you probably won't be feeling it without a dyno.

Don't worry as I have both as well, Helmut has "ebay chips" and Griselda has "Autothority Chips" I have already put Helmut on the dyno with his chips and no other mod 'cept a RMB. 281/278. I'll put Griselda on the dyno when she has a new timing belt/water pump.

Of course Griselda has 2.72 Euro gears which should give her an extra 30-50 rwhp, so...
