I've just got LED front Park/Turn bulbs and that has caused the original flasher unit to go into Hyper speed blinking on turn signal application.
Will need to cross-grade to the LED flasher relay. (Non load dependent)
Thanks, Ed.

I finished this project today and am very satisfied with the results.
Basically, marker lights look like before with the incandescent bulbs, but slightly brighter.
Here's the LED bulbs I settled on... These in amber,
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/VELOC...4969QQtcZphoto
and these in red,
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/VELOC...7911QQtcZphoto
both the red and amber use only 30 miliamps each. Here's the bulbs installed in the new sockets, ready to install. They fit tight in the sockets, but I used hot glue around the edge of the socket to keep them from shifting (hot glue really doesn't stick to the socket, so they are still removable).
Next LED project will probably be the two license plate bulbs, then maybe the turn signals some time in the future.

I think there needs to be an offical LED lighting thread or web page for us. Where a single comprehensive list of bulbs is shown.
List of the specific LED bulb (must have part number), the location it was used, where it was purchased and what it took to install it.
front turn signals.......
front marker lights...
rear marker lights....
door jam light(red light in back of door)......
rear turn signals.....
rear brake lights...
third brake light...
Interior
2 door panel lights...
1 overhead center light...
1 Digital clock bulb
1 HVAC bulb...
multiple Pod illumination...
Dimmer circuitry and installation.
feel free to quote-cut and paste the results to the list above with the source and part number. and add any i may have missed. Il add a page on my web site if i get all the blanks above filled.

Good idea, Tony. Chadster started a LED lighting master thread, but these tend to get lost. Also, the way a master thread works best is by updating the top post rather than just accumulating replies, so that the top post becomes a comprehensive one-stop summary. It would be nice if we had master threads on a variety of topics and made them sticky.
