Does anyone know of a banjo fitting that will fit the top vent hose on the radiator? I'm running into clearance issues as discussed in this thread despite the fact that I found a 90° molded hose at the local auto parts store and grafted it into my existing hose. I don't think a plain 90° fitting would be the right choice, since it would likely snug down with the fitting pointing in a non-optimal direction.

Thread size seems to be ~9.5mmx1.5. That does not seem to be a standard size for banjo bolts, though I suppose I could have one made and perhaps use a Bosch banjo ring & barb fitting, like 2-17440 or more likely 2-17441 below.

Any thoughts?

I just talked to Devon at C&R, he says they are using a standard 10mmx1.0 thread, I've asked him to send me a weld-in bung as used on their 928 radiators for test-fit & development if it comes to that. Odd that my plastic rad. nipple(Porsche P/N) seems to be a different thread size...

I have a clearance issue too. Made some "tweeks", so I can close the hood, but am not really happy with the fit still. I'm interested if you can find a better solution using a banjo as well.
