This one looks agressive and not feminin at all.
Quick and I'll make it quicker and faster soon.

The Kids and I took it out without the top down in minus 21 degrees celsius weather today.
They laughed their asses off. You could tell by the frost collecting in the mouth area.
The good times have already started.
I'm glad.

Of course I bought us all belaclavas-that's like a woolen BURKA for you warm climate people.

Anyway the 928 is parked and I feel sorry for her.
Isn't that wierd.

I imagine at times owning her when she was new.
That would of been something great.

Fun enjoyable drive when it works right.
I'd drive it forever if it worked right.
Just tired of the problems.
Good for you Mike...........it'll be another big part of your different life path.

Love to see a pic of you and the kids, -21C with the top down....

My offer still stands, the space in the quonset (barn for the urban folks) is sitting waiting. If nothing else I could tinker on the 928 over the next while as things stabilise. ?

Shouldn't you have been working? I think the issue here is that you weren't working and you almost got busted.

I don't mean to be rude at all.
But nudie avs-big deal!
what the hell are you on the list for at work anyways?

The biggest thing is I know all of you watch tv and movies perhaps by exception thad and i don't. -BUT- what the hell do you do when you see soft ****, **** *** ***** and all other extremities on the tube! Do you throw it away. Do you bitch at the tv stations-NOPE!
Get serious!
A lot of you have the big screen.
You watchin pbs all the time!
What the hell do you watch television for if you so offended by one frame of picture?
It's easy to bitch here isn't it and proclaim yourself somewhat self rightous.
Throw your tv out and protest at your local tv station and theater, then YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY!
You have then earned it.

Flying scotsman -you are grand.
I do have places to park the car if I wish though.

ThankYou friend.

Nice over-reaction jackass.

Ever heard of a break? Surfing on my break is what i was doing, k?

Nudie avatars are banned on every other messageboard I use. And I PAYED to use this one unlike the Supra boards and other blogs i use.
I also don't seem to understand why adults want nuddie crap in their avatars anyway - it's like something teens do. I don't see the point.

What's this about TV stations? They fall under FCC guidelines and rules. It's not the same as a private message forum.

And don't go puting words in my mouth, i never claimed to be "self rightous". I simply commented about a members avatar.

Bought 2yrs of Sirius just so i can hear Howard Stern.

I'm sure you always 'surf' at your break time.
What you don't seem to understand some others might.
FCC guidelines are bull****.
I don't need any FCC regulations to dictate my selections.
Put the ones on ignore and you wont be perversed in any way.

I've been put on ignore many times for sure and that's ok.
I'm sure you were not the first to think I was a Jackass. BUT that is very tame to some other thoughts people have had.
AND if the FCC were monitoring this forum they'd tell you to turn the channel

Uh, not sure what the quote is for but yes I use computers all day long while at work and "surf" at break time.

Huh? Others might what?

You're preaching to the converted there. I hate the FFC and big government.

They have no jurisdiction here or anywhere on the net.

Expensive is a real relative term. We just finished working on a guys 2003 Duramax Diesel, nice truck he's got about 50k into it. Anyway we did a little maintenance job for him but he was crying the blues over the cost of replacing the injectors on that engine that the dealership had charged him $10000.00 for. Canadian funds but still 10K for FUEL INJECTORS!

I've noticed that parts for newer cars are just more expensive then they were and I've noticed that for a while. It does put part costs for our cars in perspective a little bit. If it were me I'd just fix it.
If its not fun anymore than its probably best to sell it, but only you can decide that.

Just one thing...next time your out and about take a look around you. How many 20year or older cars do you see? Probably very few. I think because of modern technology, insurance costs, fuel consumption, environment issues, your gonna see less and less of them. Like alot of guys I know it seems you have a love/hate thing goin on with your exotic but after all the dust clears it doesn't change the fact that you've got a piece of automotive history in your garage and they're always gonna require more attention then shiny and new. But thats part of why these cars are special.

Anyway...

Mike I noticed in your vehicle descriptions that you list an '05 PT convertible. That's a cool ride- you still have it around, right?

-Back in my model airplane days, I noticed that there were three types of people at the flying field. 1. People who liked to fly their planes. 2. People who liked building planes, and 3. People who liked a little bit of both. Of the three groups, the last was by far the smallest, and I kind of fit into that group.

Same thing exists here I suppose. Some people love working on their 928's more than driving them, and some absolutely hate working on the things, and just wish the thing would always work so that they can drive the hell out of it. I like a little of bit of mechanical work and a lot of driving, so again I'm in the third group.

Now, it occurs to me that you need to figure out where you are in the scheme of things and then decide what you want to do with your 928. I've got a minivan that I can drive around if the 928 has a mechanical issue, so occasionally I drive it for a few days and the garage is a mess. Your radiator problem is an easy, satisfying fix, and you've [I think] another car.

Where's the problem?

Best of luck!

N!
