I went over this before, but a baseball bat at the neck can be as effective as a rolling machine, actually better. you need to keep the bat as vertical as possible or you will get a duckbilled look. if done right, it almost looks like a factory flare job. push the car forward and backward to create the rolling action with the baseball bat. Oh yea, WOOD only, and loose the pry bar idea!

I know what you mean here. I finally found a picture that describes this process.

Whatever you do Andrew, resist the urge to quit mid radius. (Unless of course you see that the panel is being damaged). I helped Tom M. flare his S4, and it is unbelievable how much the panel distorts while the bat is being run through it. Amazingly, it takes the stretch very well and you are left with a perfectly shaped, but flared rear panel. We couldn't believe what we were seeing and stopped halfway through the first one. Mistake. It put a vertical crease in the inner lip. Not visible from outside of the car, but if you looked up inside the fender well where the panel curls under to from the wheel opening, you could see it.

i have 19x11s on the rear. to major rolling and some flaring with a bat to get them to fit. 295/35s are on. i did a bit of the "duckbill" look but I dont think there was any way around that in order to get these wheels to fit.
