S4:

I'm not sure of your SC setup and plumbing. The IC can restrict airflow somewhat, but I think something else is going on. If you haven't got a thread going on this problem that includes some background information on your SC setup, start one.

Bill,
I don't have any IC stuff from Andy. I saw an eaton M112 IC for sale and bought it. So the base will have to be fabricated.

Dave,
Looks like a great set-up.

S4, check that your BOV is activated correctly. It sounds like it is ocillating between open and closed.

The last photo is of the pump. I have them available for $199 each. http://www.johnson-pump.com/JPMarine...tion/cmco.html

Bill, this is a customer's car that I do a lot of my research on, he's an addict just like me. 10psi for two years and now it's not enough. Sometimes it actually hooks up, just not enough horsepower...

Dave, very nice work. Those radiators almost look like they belong there!

Oh, so, is the IC you bought similar to the one Andy sent me? If so, I wll take some good pictures and measurements of the base for you.

Bill,
It is this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...5859327&rd=1,1 I'll take and post measurements this afternoon when I get back home.

Edit- 12" x 6.25" (8.25" @ I&O end) x 2.625" The I&O protrude up an additional 1.5"

I'm thinking the 26th is more like it! Like Charley says personal stuff on the A-day has just too high a price attached to it!

Andy had one that Dave Roberts sold me and it has both inlet and outlet coming out the side of the IC, not the top. So I was thinking about it, and wondering if I should just cut the aluminum tubes short on the IC, then find some brass fittings to screw into either the top or the side of the manifold and then piece some rubber hose between them. My concern in making sure things are 1) routed correctly and 2) seal well so there is not a loss of boost around the IC water fittings. Any ideas or pictures anyone has to share on that?

Rick:

That should fit fine.

Andy's IC is 13 long by 9 wide by 4.5 deep, counting the mounting flange. You may be able to put on some tabs and mount it on the 6mm spacers, as I am doing with Andy's.

You only have a couple of other issues. Andy's IC is recessed below the top flange by about 1/3 inch to allow clearance for the SC bolt heads. Yours looks flush. Maybe there is just enough space for the bolt heads. You could shave the bolt heads, recess them slightly or build a short wall on the top of the IC, if more space is needed. Then the inlet and outlet need to be accomodated by altering the manifold top, using care to position it so it clears the SC and other hardware.

Hey, I just picked up a nice used Kawi EX250 radiator with fan for $10 + $15 shipping. I'm not positive it will fit in the forward wheel well area, but it is one of the smaller MC radiators.

Bill,
I've been talking with Rob (installed my SC) the past few days. He's going to fabricate the plate under the intake to mount the intercooler along the design of the '03/'04 Cobra. I just bought a new Ford Lightening/Cobra/Bosch electric pump off eBay for $89.00 including shipping. I need a heat exchanger and resevoir. Rob will fabricate the resevoir. I really enjoy the noticeable increase in power with the temps in the 40s and 50s here. I should be safely in the 400+rwhp this spring. I am undecided on porting the Eaton.
