I'm sure the offset & bolt pattern is wrong, but wouldn't these look cool on a pre-S4

Not TOO different than the old phone dials, but with a bit of Italian flair. Probably heavy as all heck though...

My honest opinion: I like the way they look. Doesn't matter what anybody else thinks. But I agree they might not be the most functional because so much "material" would make them quite heavy.

One more reason to like them: Easy to clean. Therefore practical for an everyday driver, or for someone who wants the car to look nice without spending half an hour per wheel evertyime the car is cleaned...

That's probably part of what drew me to their look - my OB sits on some of the scruffiest BBS wheels around. Wasn't a big fan of that look back in the '80s, and haven't grown more fond of it now that I am the one trying to keep 'em clean

thats why i liked the pan wheels. very easy to clean! too bad the Benz gave the pan wheels a bad name. he he
