The photo was part of an article by photographer and automotive journalist, Eric Adams, about his extended road test of two Taycan models throughout Europe. He explained that just outside of Hamburg, he saw a 928 in the side mirror approaching in the adjacent lane and took the photo. Both drivers acknowledged the significance of the chance meeting.

I couldn't find a link to the original article, but his perspective of the incident was interesting, as was his assessment of the Taycan.
