Using a pattern array works great for that...once you clean up the surface from that scan send me the file and a picture of the actual part and I'll add the knurling to it and then show you how I did it (teach a man to fish )

First drive of the season, and first real test drive after all the work this winter. Everything seems to be working very well, except it seems like I have a small oil leak at the engine oil cooler connection area. I am scheduled for a 4 wheel control tomorrow, and will check out the oil leak after that

Shooting down the I-5 this past weekend for a pre-brunch drive over the Chuckanut. Was nice to stretch the legs after a winter hibernation!
