Default Jack Points

Carl: Your frame-mounted-jack-points are a great item. What's up with the shipping on these plates you sell? $19.50??? in addition to the 22.50 for a total of, wait for it, $42.00. They are heavy I'm sure, but insurance too on a 22.00 part that can't be broken? It might help the process if I knew how much they weigh; I sent two ebay emails and no answer, is why I am here. For $19.50, I'm gonna check with my local welding shop on this, then comes the order.

I know they say they will call back when calling that line. Got busy signal on two ther attempts, then tried 920-485-0488, Started to order, Left number got cut off, she never called back. Decided to pursue the question here after what amounts to 3 contacts an no joy. You asked.

I guess that is why they don't answer the emails, been discussed on Rennlist, so naturally EVERYONE IN THE WORLD knows about it.

Dude! If you don't like how a company treats you, then vote with your dollars. This is not worth getting all bent out of shape about (especially on a Friday). Seems pretty simple to me.

Andy: You have a mind like a steel trap and I mean that in the nicest way. I appreciate the fact thay you posted the reference. I really do. It was a joke (shouting EVERYONE) for crying out loud. . . . . . . Apparently someone else had a problem with the postage too. But thanks to you, it is all clear to me now.

I agree and I like seeing these kinds of threads because it helps me to decide where I want my $$ to go. Customer service is important to me.
