Thanks guys. It is a bit of a struggle doing this on my own & budget: esp. averaging 60hr work weeks since Jan.

I'll indeed address the automatic 928's: no worries there, just need a little time.

It looks fantastic Mark,

I ment the turbokit, not the avatar
Keep the good work up, I agree with Stefan that it is very impressive.

Hey! That looks great, but can we somehow get back to some ballbusting here?
And can we get video of said ballbusting? Stills will work in a pinch.

title says S3 and S4, will this work on 83-84? is it the exhaust manifold that's different?

Will fit on all exhaust manifolds: as the early are interchangeable with the '85-86.

Weight: i'd say the entire turbo system weighs about 30-40# lighter than stock. I'll do the weight comparison with the new car when it arrives. FYI: the main Y-pipe weights a mere 8.5 lbs!!

since catalytic convertors will inter change the Y pipe replacement would also... The three bolt triangular flanges end up in the same place 16v or 32 valve it is the ports which move.

good to know. BTW: that "ODD" pipe in my list of pictures is the Y-merge pipe that allows x-pipes to slide into a single 3" adapter, to keep them even with the turbo kit.
