As always a great event. The first picture is a night-shot of the parking lot. It's a bit blurry since my hands were not steady after the drive. The second is a close-up of Paul's INSANELY great work. The third is one of my favorite 928 colors. (If anyone knows of an 89 or newer auto-tranny 928 in this color that is for sale I might be interested.)

As I started talking to her and telling her about rennlist, her dad quickly came up and interupted our purely platonic conversation. I guess if I had a 17 year-old daughter at one of these letch-filled events, I'd have jumped in too. Anyway, Ross is now officially de-throwned!
I just turned 17 on the 4th... which makes me younger most likely, unless she is 16...
I paid for my car myself and I pay for the parts and I turn my own wrenches. so there I feel better about myself now .

Either way I think I might have to meet her.

I think the 3rd one might be her car!

That route 80 drive was AAAAMAAAAAAAZING!!! I had such a great time! I wont forget that for a LOOOOONG time!

Seeing everyone and placing faces with names was incredibly awesome, Im seriously glad I had a huge crowd of people out front of the room each night, I could have easily done that for a whole week and still had a thousand stories and beers to discuss!!

BUT! The BEST part was when Jeannie told me that THOR'S favorite shark was MINE!! That really made it all complete! Thanks for a great weekend, I wont be down off this high for a really long time.

Jeannie, make sure you bring Thor to Frenzy!

I would like to see larger versions as well. They are great pictures. Here are a couple I cropped but they are not nearly as nice as Matt's.

Chuck,
your second one is close but Matt's have such clarity and depth that they stand out. I would like to know if he had some kind of super camera, filter, or time of day, in addition to a great eye for composition.

I agree. Matt, if you'd like to send me the full size pics, I'd be happy to make them smaller (size wise that is) and post them. They really are great pics.

Chuck,

Matt, has a VERY nice digital camera. IIRC he said that he took over a thousand photos at the event. I have no idea how much storage that would take. I would love to get a copy of them as well if he ever gets a chance to burn a couple of discs.

Nice pics Matt

Well that isn't great news. If you take 1000 photos at excellent resolution, you end up with at least 6GB, which is usually in excess of the average storage media. You might be able to take say 200 or so at excellent resolution .....
