The Absorber - "Dries anything faster and easier..."
Just thought I would pass this along. I've read in a few threads where people mention they still dry their cars with towels, etc.... I've used a LOT of different drying accessories over the years, and have finally found the one I will likely stick with forever. (unless I can get somebody to dry my car for me instead.. <G> )
The Absorber sells at AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts (and many other places). It does not leave any streaks at ALL on my cars, and there is no residue/junk left on the car like when using other products. I can dry all my windows with no streaks either. I believe it is made out of a synthetic material. Pick one of these up for $8.00 and try it, you will not be dissapointed. Also, a tip for using it. Don't bunch it all up when drying. I keep it folded and make passes like that. Turn it over when one side gets saturated. Then I wring it out, and start over again.
Just my $0.02.

Unfortunately, I did not have the same results as you and experienced streaking using that very product and another similar one. I switched to micro fibre towels and no more streaking for me.

Throw it in the washing machine... It sounds like YMMV, but myself, my brother-in-law, and my dad have all had very good results.

I have used them before with good results also. If you are gettings streaks, it is because of leftover soap film on the car. These things work great if you do a thorough rinse job, but as soon as they get soap in them, its darn near impossible to get out, and will leave streaks.

They are great. They make them in different sizes and colors, so you can know which one is for which car.

I use them too and they seem to get better with age. I throw away the tube they come in as that is where the referred to smell originates.

I have one and love it. My dad has had one since the late 70's/ early 80's and his biggest complaint is the label wore off the plastic tube. Just throw it in the washing machine when its dirty.
