My problem is that my line has been cutted on 20 cm. I don't think it's possible to rebuild it ...

Greg's line is beautiful, made of nice components and well protected from heat.

Cheers

I have yet to do my front lines, been attentive to the rear lines on my S4. The yellow hard fuel lines are not yellow to induce any color flashiness, I actually cut the hard lines about 18 inches forward of the K Member as they were starting to corrode -- this was a NJ and MA car and all the little stuff under the back end needed attention -- some serious attention. I plastic media blasted these lines, then primed them and had a wild hair to paint in yellow. Notice the rubber line on top of where the fuel tank will reside, that line is hard and basically petrified -- unlike the lower line from the in-tank fuel pump, they were literally mush, completely failed due to ethanol fuels. Describing the condition of this line is best with a photo or two. So, all and any rear rubber lines are and will be replaced, just don't forget the rear. I did the rear and front lines on my 944S, utilizing the oem connectors...how/why they routed those lines over a hot exhaust manifold...ouch!

I don't like the way that is routed - it should be under the air intake tube (which itself looks shot). Bad routing could cause it to get chafed on the hood, or cut or whatever.
