I'm giong with the SS 85-86 manifolds. I've had a set sitting in my garage for over two years now. The SS Y-Collector Mark Anderson sold me will almost bolt right up to these (with Todd's help) so I'll stick with these. I really do not want to mess around with a complete custom exhaust right now. Sourcing out a CATless system is getting very hard around here. Some picky rules about EPA regulations....

Rick at MSDS, but I see your point.

It gets to a point where I just want to drive the car and stop working on it. The first 150hp gain was easy (bolt on blower, go) from here on out, any gains are small in comparison and more work = more down time for the car.
Eventually I'll have headers on this car - probably when I switch to a 5.0 bottom end.

Erik, nice job getting the supercharger dialed in. Any chance you could help me get Carl's kit dialed in on my 84? I have it 80% complete. I am on 12 hours at work except for the 4th. hoping to finish it then.

Great numbers - an old(er) 928 that puts out more than most GTS 928s!! A great value to get such extra power.
Time to add S4 brembo brakes and a few other goodies?

H-P, you and Tim have probably already discussed this... Don't FMUs come in different ratios? If you are lean down low and rich up high, you could change to a lower ratio FMU. If you're using 10:1 (30psi baseline + 6psi x 10 = 90psi), go to 8:1 or 6:1. If that is adjustable on the unit you're using, nevermind.
With his clutch issues, I don't think he wants MSDS headers...

Intercooler is a one off made for my car to fit where the factory air box goes. According to Tim - this will not fit on an S4 motor. I think the core size between the IC Tim sells and this one are the same. The long runners on the 16V prevented me from using his off the shelf IC.
