The 81 is in the garage half way through a detailing project. My father had two projects that leap frogged in front of mine so I'm a bit behind schedule for 08.
The next phase is dumping L-Jet & the ignition system on this car in favor of LH / EZF from a EuroS. I have all the parts and pieces for the swap, just need the time to install and tune.
I also have a 4.7 liter US lower ready for a Euro top end with 78-79 cams. Once that motor is ready to be installed, we are going to have a fun day on the dyno saying good buy to this motor

Not really, I'm stalled until the crank trigger is added along with the timing ring to the flywheel. So other projects have moved up the list since there hasn't been time to accomplish this.
Thanks to Porken I have the harness for this project.
The 81 is still running, not driving it much in favor of the replica cobra.

I'm trying to salvage the paint on the 81, so far so good except for a bad case of lacquer separation on one fender and part of the door. Only way to fix is a strip / respray.
